Carrying the big sacks of gold

  • Currently in sea forts there are big sacks of gold (in some) and you can't carry them?! Crazy I know.

That's why I am suggesting that you can carry them on your back and take them to your ship. You could also empty it out by collecting the gold out of the bag (which could hold around 10k) then you can use the bag to carry trinkets max being (10).

This would be a great addition to the game as you can take this bag down to a vault or on an island where you have stacks of trinkets. Which would be perfect for those who love to stack loot and not be frustrated in bringing every trinket back to the boat one by one or three at a time.

  • I think it's compatible with the current risk/reward of the game

certainly a quality of experience feature

  • @sailorwullie lower the gold value in the large sacks considerably and I would agree.

  • It is a tedious task to gather loot, but we are greedy species.

The way I see it, those extra trips give another crew a chance to sneak up on you, you know damn well that trinket worth 287 gold is not even worth it, but you still go for it...

Imo loot bags are not necessary, but I wouldn't mind if we could have more slots inside chests, which in turn would slow us down. Currently we can put 3 items, but we all know darn well that at least 6 could fit easily, it's titanic door scene all over again.

  • Carrying big bags of gold to the ship could work like the rum bottle mechanics where to the you jump around the less of a payday you get once loaded on board I think this would make for another great addition to the game
