I have just become a pirate legend but I don't understand what I have to do to raise the emissary of Athena's fortune because when I go to the tavern you tell me to buy an emissary license to represent this trading company

    for athena you get that from the pirate lord

    when you play the music and go into the secret athena area at a tavern, the pirate lord is down there and you can make the one time purchase

    I have to be reputation level 10 how do i become reputation level 10 to do the pirate legend quest on the table in the bar please dont tell me i have to do pvp or something.
