Sot should reduce the comms of burning blade hunting with athena flag and selling swords (nobody do bb now and its too boring ti do rituals) same for siren song, nobody do it and its boring

Reduce comms + add cof back in bb + require the BB to be defeated for the loot
The reaper change will always make the BB less appealing to captain as long as it's around but the above will make it less unappealing.
They should have done all the above to go along with the reaper change. One sided major changes are awful for interest and participation. Especially when it just feeds into the same meta that people haven't liked for years in SoT.
The siren song "feature" aka exploit of close re-spawns is awful for the bb change and risk/reward in general. As are the other exploity stuff people do to get close respawns and spawns in specific areas.
I'm sorry you feel that way. No one is forcing you to earn those comms of course, and if you really want them, I'm sure you'll find a way to earn them :) It took my friends and I two weeks to earn them all when the Burning Blade first came out. We were attacked all the time and had to make do with it since we wanted those comms as well. I'm sure you'll find a way especially now since it's quite boring for you. Should be much easier to do now right?
@mcgregor-sot I don't see how because you have left it very late to pursue these comms, they should be nerfed to give you them more easily.
Bb you can actually do the rituals yourself and sink your ship and sell the sword at reapers.
I at least understand the request around bb for athena because it might be difficult to do, have you tried player interaction trying to convince ships to take it over etc.
Skull of siren song you can absolutely do with no issue, just because it isn't contested or going to be massively fun doesn't entitle you to a lower number than everyone else had to hand in.
