Ever since the last update came out on Steam, I need to sign into Xbox Live every time I launch the game. I got the game on Steam back in March and only had to sign in once until the past week. Does anyone else on Steam have this issue or know how to get auto sign in working again?

I had this issue awhile ago. I ended up logging out of xbox app, and removing all xbox related auth tokens from Windows Credentials, then when I signed in again it stuck and I haven't had the issue since.

In addition to what it mentions in the support article, I ended up removing anything that appeared to be xbox related. They are usually named "Xbox" or "Xbl" or similar.
@outlawed-torn "Lather rinse repeat" is a golden rule when it comes to double checking your work in any matter. I just did the same thing and I had a lot of fun with deleting a ton of those things. I haven't tested it yet, but when I do, I'll come back and let you all know how it went.

It did not work, I still have to sign in manually when I am entering Sea of Thieves.
