I never received my rewards past level 66 in the season 8 plunderpass!

Hi, I started playing the game on January 4th 2023 or mid season 8 during that season I recall spending hours upon hours during that season but after reaching level 66 in the plunder pass (this was in February) I randomly stopped receiving my rewards even as my plunder pass levels went up I did receive level 100 I remember not knowing why this would happen and my friends teasing me about it but I decided to leave it be. Now almost 2 years later after still not having these items I'm wondering if this is even fixable or if i ever will get them. I'm just confused on why this happened and if i will ever get them. Any info would be super helpful.
