I am a bit confused, some friends, who did not play hourglass during last weekend got 5 levels each faction rewarded, we @CaptainOats420 @wirsack and @DPxBratwurst did not get the levels during the session and @CaptainOats420 and I did not get the pop-up notification or levels afterwards as everyone else…
Even though we didn’t even get gold for the stolen BowS during the session 😭

Me & some friends were quite proud of our 0 in Arena. Very disappointed when we got gifted 9 levels.
Again it happens lol. Very angry.
It sounds like OP did get theirs (or just didn't notice...)
