@zagwitz I was able to out run every ship I encountered while at the same time having at least 5-10 chest on board.

The small ships be fast, but can be caught with your boots on shore and noone manning the crows nest on the look out of incoming vessels.

Or to keep in mind, many hands unload a ships galley faster.

Avast ye, solo pirate.

Remember...a solo sailor falls in love with his right hand!

Also, in an insider video, the released world will be much larger with somewhere around 100 other players in the instance.

Before id make landfall on a outpost I'd bring my chest on the deck and park perfectly on the beach beside the gold horder. Cash in the most expensive 1st and leave the castaways last. Only lost 2 castaways on my 1st voyage.
