Taking pictures in game

    Ahoy!

    I would like to know what is the best way or what do you use to take good quality pictures in the game. I have seen some of them on the official Sea of Thieves Discord in the Pirate Fashion section and I would be very interested to know your way of photographing your pirate.

    There are different default shortcut keys/buttons to take a screenshot depending on which version you use:

    For the Microsoft version on PC, you can press WIN+ALT+PrntScrn.

    Steam version on PC is F12.

    Xbox consoles (depending on the type of controller) have a 'Share' button (below the Start/Select buttons) or you can press the Guide button in the middle and choose Screenshot (I think pressing Y will do it from the Guide menu too).

    PlayStation I am unsure of as I don't own one but I am fairly sure there is a shortcut for it too.

    Disable your Hud for starts.

    Sometimes a good placed emote can help you zoom in without a spyglass. (camera control)

    Xbox One controllers - XBox Button + Y = Screenshot

    XBox One controllers - XBox Button + X = Clip That (30sec)

    And as Burn states, for the really purty shots go into setting and switch of your HUD. 1st option in Gameplay, I think?

    But whatever floats. I try to work my HUD in tastefully, but it's more that I'm lazy with the XBX & newer controller and Share button.
