Partner Bio

We create resources for anyone sharing in the magic of Rare games - magic that can kindle our childlike sense of imagination, wonder, and play. Our resources include articles, written guides, video guides, and an interactive SoT map app, filled with markers and tools to help pirates sail the seas. Our own journey began in childhood, when we stumbled upon a vibrant online Rare community. Posting on forums led to creating resources, which led to creating websites. GoldenEye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct - with each game we wanted to do more. So, in 2015, when Rare announced Sea of Thieves, we immediately went to work creating Rare Thief. Since then, Rare has continued to cultivate and infuse their historied magic into this pirate world - all while bringing another world to life (Everwild). As Rare continues to grow and create, we are inescapably inspired to do the same.
