@staceyxsx I am an above average pvpler on pc and got utterly wrecked by an Xbox player yesterday. If you refuse to get better, that's on you.

If they do implement crossplay in the future, people will start demanding nerfs to the game, as they sadly will realize that they are still geting wrecked, only that it's other Xbox players now.

What people actually are asking for is easy mode pvp. This game is all about skill, and anyone can learn it with enough dedication. Does M&K have advantages? Sure. But i know a lot of people who got on the same level playing with a controller. Just look into swaping you controller scheme and practise a lot (jumping on a triger instead of A for example will allready make you a lot more mobile).

@blatantwalk4260 It's really silly for you to generalize. While i despise toxic people in this game and atribute the decline of the community to them, you just can not blame PC for it. These people are on both sides. Worst than a sore looser is a trash talking winner. Some people just seem to get off of it.

Just ignore them and move on.

What does it matter on what platform they play. This kind of behavour is just out of place and should in no way be tolerated in a game. But what can you do?

If you mean spam threads being posted about the same subject when others exist and all of them being put up by the same handful of people whining, then yes they were rightfully closed. It is hardly popular when the threads are created by mostly the same 3 people to give the illusion of a high demand thus were closed as they should have been...and hopefully the worst offenders are given a time-out on the forums for blatantly ignoring forum rules and decorum after several warnings.

Well i think its about melee combat that needs to be fixed somehow and i should just be able to play with or against any device..
But if they split it and hearing all players in my list they all say they quit for pc players and really like to come back then they would all choose xbox only..

Sad and a shame. It was announced and promised and yet has not fully been delivered. People on either side of the argument can carry on shouting down the other to show they are right and "you" are wrong. But the bottom line is, Full Crossplay opt out was promised for the Xbox community should they want it, those who didn't could carry on just fine by not ticking the box and those on PC would carry on regardless....we dont know what would really happen because it simply hasnt happened so no one knows.

It was promised, it should be delivered or RARE need to confirm once and for all that opt out will only ever be for Arena so people can decide to either continue or bin this game.

You dont understand cells, once you have tasted how good this game you can be and they tease you with arena and then come up with no info on whether or not we are even getting it anymore it just comes off as bad comminication.

I can sympathize with you wanting assurance in principle, fair enough.
But at least you got the announcement, a word of advice, take it.

If you wish for people to stop reacting to you i.e. "jumping down your throat" I will make something abundantly clear for you.

People don't have a problem with you because of what you want, most are happy to agree to disagree, people have a problem with you here because of how you go about it.

For example speaking on behalf of others, and miscontextualising.

Understand that and I think you'll find you'll have a lot more discussion and a lot less arguements.

I played a lot of voyages with pc players it was fun and it would be a shame to have missed these adventures and new friends.
But im curious if they would test a split for say a week or two what would happen? If a lot of players really come back and if we will notice so much difference in combat?
I got crushed by a super crew last night but such encounters i dont experience often and i cant see if its a pc thing for me those are just skilled pro gamers who simply outmatch us. If i change seats and get their equipment i dont think im suddenly a super player.
So im not sure about it being a pc problem i simply dont know and cant see.. all i see is some players can handle high sensitivity it gives me a headache in 30 sec i cant even watch their movies it moves so fast.. some players just can handle higher speeds they are just more skilled in shooters whatever device i think.

So the devs announced they were gonna work on that feature, also said midway that it took more time because it was more complicated than expected. You guys nagged the whoooole time and actually think you changed anything in the process beside being a drag to the whole community? 😆

Princess, sometimes there are things in life we simply don't have control over. They happen when they happen, they get done when they are ready, and the only thing we can do is show patience.
