Arena matchmaking "Greybeard"

    The last couple of days I haven't been able to get into an arena game (open crew). Maybe this is an Australia problem, I don't know.

    it seems alot of aussies are having greybeard problems including myself, the team are currently investigating it

    I have the same issue while joining in Open crew on Adventure or Arena mode.

    I get the error as well in arena and have been getting dropped from play during normal game mode with that same error.

    Same here from France since 2 weeks approximately. I contacted the support and they gave me a bunch of manipulations to do however none worked, considering the number of people having this problem I guess it comes from them.

    I don't get it friends can do arena they need people to join but I just get Grey Beard. These Summer challenges are completely Impossible.

    I've just had a quick chat to everyone in Australia, and can confirm that we are all having the same Greybeard issue when attempting to join an open crew of Arena or Voyage/Open World. Cheers

    Hey guys,
    Here is the answer of the support : "Our Test team is aware of this issue and are working on a solution."
    I hope they will solve this problem, i can't play arena since 1 month now..

    Same problem here, tried disconnecting/reconnecting Xbox app, the game, computer etc.
    Can not play open crew at all neither arenna nor adventure.

    Same problem, i haven't been able to open crew either in adventure or arena for about a month. I get a Greybeard anytime i try.

    The same here, It's like this since 08/28, when they had a connection problem in the servers, the support does nothing and anything that I try seems to fix it.

    Im guessing evrry single person bought the game from the microsoft store and none of you play on console. The reason it's taking so long for them to fix it is because it's not a "sea of thieves" problem it is something wrong with the fileswhen you download it from the microsoft store and they will have to contact them to try to fix this issue.

    @xd-toom i guess that makes sense, i did download Sea Of Thieves from the Microsoft Store, with Play Anywhere.
