Yes, I am getting the same issue. Not always but it occurs randomly. Never happened prior to the update

Glad to read your post.
I am not alone.
As you said, it's a very disruptive and game breaking issue that is driving me literally mad.
I experienced it during Arena contest in particular but I am experiencing it in the Aventure mode too, even if it's not so terrible as in Arena.
I have already created a ticket for this annoying issue I was afraid to be the only one experiencing it.
So we could together wake some attention on this fun killer glitch.

Hopefully we see a fix soon, I fear that a reinstall wont solve the issue since it's a little wide spread, but ive gone for it anywhay.

Yeah man!
For me uninstalling and reinstalling the game was totally useless.
I did an hard reset of the console too with unplugging all cables as suggested by the expert answering my ticket.
I think you should give a try anyway. Maybe I was unlucky.
However we must raise our flag because we can't play anymore, as this issue is totally game breaking.

When i first read this message i thought it was just a problem for @Capt-Dead-Plank but then i read the comments and it seem like im the only one who doesn't have this glitch. Im guessing theres a pttern so if u guys can figure out something u have in common on then itll probably be easier to identify wut the problem is.

Could you tell us what model of Xbox are you playing on?
Original, One S or One X?
I think we should tell what specific platform we are using in order to give the dev team some clues for further investigating.
Mine is Xbox One S.

@synthvicious Xbox one S. Flickering occurs during arena and adventure. Never happened prior to the update.

Changing servers helped fix it, but not sure what is causing it in the first place

Dev team has answered my ticket assuring me that their test team are continuing to look into my report. In the event they are able to diagnose the circumstances and uncover a problem they will look to address this in a future update.
So we could see soon a resolution.

Could you tell us what model of Xbox One are you playing on?
It seems the issue is affecting in particular the original models and One S.
But we could discover that is widespread to all the machine base, except PC.

Mine is Blue and I noticed it right after the patch and right after I purchased a blue Hull.

Haven’t played since so I wasn’t able to see if it went away if I didn’t use the blue hull.

Actually the issue seems to be particularly annoying in Arena mode, but yesterday evening it was a total mess even in Adventure.
My session lasted 2 hours and for about 20 minutes my screen had been flickering every 5 seconds.
I am trying to attach to this post a video that is quite self-explanatory that I recorded on Arena but the issue was pretty the same in Adventure.

Anyone knows when this issue will be dealt with? (It's very annoying!)

What you guys don't like having a daily seizure from all the flashing, happens on series x also

They forgot to optimize xbox version since 1st year annyversary. Streaming issues from barrels 2.0 never got addressed and loading times got only worse over time.

And no, asking to buy an ssd its just a lame solution for a game originally intended to be an xbox one exclusive.

@capt-dead-plank I am the same! I've recently joined and was trying to find out the problem thinking it could be my TV but it doesnt happen on any other screens! Hopefully they resolve this issue because it doesnt seem to have resolved with the new update.
