Alternate Jack outfit (prisoner version)

As seen in the pirates life tall tales, Jack sometimes appears in one of his iconic looks with no hat and jacket, known as the prisoner version from the concept art. And many fans including myself would have liked to have seen this as an alternate outfit in the crew bundle instead of the version with no beard. Since the outfit is already in the files it shouldn’t be too hard to implement...right? ;)
