I thin that it would be a good Idea to Release it in Ps4 since many people still actively use the Ps4 and there would be many people who will probably buy it.
Why not Sea of Thieves on Ps4
The big issue is that ps4 is the same gen as xbox one, and from what i have heard from the few people who even tried to play the game on xbox one, the game has developed well beyond the systems capabilities and its just not a fun experience. The dev time to make it work on ps4 as well would just turn into a bunch of refunds.
