Ok, this is getting a bit annoying now. I am a new player to this game and I joined when it was made available to the PlayStation 5. Although it’s been a great game to get into, there are a few things that are becoming tiresome. With the fact that the game was released to PlayStation players in a glitched state as far as trophies were concerned, now this past months ledgers haven’t updated properly and the last months grind of getting all emissaries to the top 25% to get both the rewards and progress towards the Trophies to be in the top levels for 5 months hasn’t counted. Is this something that happens a lot? Since I am new to Xbox gaming, is this something that is allowed to happen and just ‘fixes’ itself the next month? Myself and my friends put a considerable amount of time into this game and we are all trophy hunters, so to see the work we put in purely to get the emissaries to the top level for trophies to not be counted is a bit of a useless situation to deal with. The ledgers glitched out on reset and haven’t been working properly until this morning. Both the trophy progress and the rewards haven’t updated. Really annoying,

Another ledger season has come and gone. That said, we request that you give your rewards up to 72 hours from the end of the close out to appear in your chests. If at that time you still don't have them, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
While threads such as this do nothing for the discussion around the game, it will be locked.
