I just recently started playing Sea of Thieves again and I am having a strange glitch where I don't receive any popups. By popups I am referring to voyage notifications, raising emissary flags, sell notifications, or literally anything else. The popups that show up at the bottom of the screen normally do not appear. Before anyone asks I have my HUD on in the settings and I just reinstalled the game an hour ago to try and fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@jc-colding yes everything else works, I still see names and the item wheel and i see things being recorded to the ships log. It is only the notifications on the bottom that don't show up. I also still receive rewards correctly like if I complete a commendation I'll get the rewards. I just don't see the popup at the bottom.
