PC Play Issue

    Im reaching out to see if there is anyone else who is experiencing issues when trying to go the the wheel of items. There seems to be a heavy delay when attempting to look at quests or changing items within the scroll wheel. Im curious to see if there is anyone else having this issue on PC.
