[BUG] Shelley on Ancient Spire Outpost don't offer extra commodities

    Talking with Shelley the player can only navigate to "Browse Shelley's Stock" for ship cosmetics.
    The option to purchase fireballs, cannonballs, food etc is missing

    Edit:
    She is missing "Restore Ship" as well

    It would seem my Captain ship, somehow was not registered as a captained ship after logging into the game, hence I was not able to get those options.
    PS: My captain ship was still there even with its name on the sloop "Floki". So I don't know what caused it.
