The Beauty of Sea of Thieves - A Collection of Pictures

Xbox DVR atomatically saves both SDR and HDR copies of every screenshot. Not sure I kept the copies of all of them, but I have some 4K screens. Twitter won't host them and that's where I usually share screens. I used to share everything in an Xbox Live Club, but since getting the external HDD for 4K videos I can't share to XBL anymore.

@drbullhammer Nope. "Screenshots captured externally need to be shared from your PC" is the message it shows below the only option on Xbox: delete.

Of course, you can share to OneDrive from your computer after offloading media from the HDD. It's not too big a hassle since I like to organize screens and videos into particular folders anyway.

By the way, I should have an hour-long video up on YouTube tonight. In a day or two, hopefully, the 4K will have been processed for viewing.

@drbullhammer Yep, it's simply plug-and-play... though I had to download some codecs so my laptop would play HDR vids properly.

I took a load of screenshots last night which I'll upload to one drive, just checking the links work. I also made a video of a day/night cycle which I'm hoping to turn into a timelapse video showing the stars rotating around Polaris.

I be glad te meet so many fellow painters on the Sea of Thieves--what're these words me fellow explorers keep using: "screenshot," "high def," and "photograph"?

OOC: Once the full game releases, I'm thinking of starting a weekly "Best Screenshot" thread on the forum where everyone can share their weekly shots--whether they be beautiful, interesting, or action-packed--and people can vote for their favorites. Would others be interested in such a thing?

@killa-d1312 There's a secret reef at S-16 on the map. Apparently there are other secret reefs as well.

@killa-d1312 I wish I had found it on my own, but I heard about it elsewhere. Although I just thought it was a reef-- I didn't know about the secret cave until I got there.
