Let's have the monkeys feed the pigs! 😂
Give the chimps the ability to carry ten bananas and have them share with the "Wilburs"of the world.
One for me....... One for you!😂
It'd add a little humor to the game.

Totally agree that this is cute idea. Personally I would enjoy it. However monkeys are microtransactions. Run a merchant voyage and have no monkey. The contract calls for 3 pigs for delivery. Have to feed my pigs so they do not perish on my voyage. You have a monkey that feeds them for you. It gives you an advantage by spending money. So unless monkeys can't feed pigs in cages..
@galactic-geek ☹ Is it pay to win when Rare has already given away free monkeys? Plus Ancient skelly coins come fairly regularly. My crews have found them 6 times! It not like we'd be asking for an encounter with the shrouded ghost or something!😂 Do a couple of more purple monkey giveaways and lets get it done.
Rare is not giving away free pets. The pets are intended to be unique and only obtainable with microtransactions, but a few events have given them, that is not a regular thing. They're the moneymakers of the game, Rare won't make them worthless.
@ultmateragnarok There are many avenues RARE or their counterparts can make monkeys available without hurting sales. Heck they could even give one as a reward for insiders. Ship sets are money makers but they give those away don't they?
@bootmaclir Lets be honest to ourselves........ Is it really pay to win? 😂 Man did you see that monkey feed the pig while we were fighting? It caused us to lose that battle! I'm going to the forums to complain!😂
Monkeys are already "pay to win" because they can be used as decoys when fired out of cannons (ladder guard they just shot one over).This would be more like "pay to laugh".
Plus you'd still have to fill the monkeys barrel with bananas.🙂@dag-13ernit It's pay to win because you don't have to constantly divert your time and attention to feed the pig.
@dag-13ernit Until the sound of the cannon is different than that of a pirate being fired, yes, and I've said as much in other threads. You can dictate the direction a ship moves with that feint.
@galactic-geek So is there any proposal you might come up with that would correct the pay to win that already exists that doesn't encumber RAREs ability to continue to fund the game via the emporium?
