I have redeemed a code for 150 Ancient Coins from microsoft rewards, I have followed the instructions and successfuly used it. However the coins are not appearing in/game or on the site. Anyone knows how can I fix this? Do I need to seek help from microsoft or something eelse?

Make sure you are using the Microsoft Store/Xbox version of the game to redeem your coins... If you are using the Steam version of the game you will need to use GamePass or XCloud to play the game there once for the coins to unlock.
