I Play On PS5 and I Can't See Real Names

    From the day SoT launched on PS5 I haven't been able to see the real names of Ships or Guilds.
    Yes, I have settings set for "Name Visibility", "Hide Ship Names From Me" and "Hide Guild Names From Me" as well as all the other "Hide Name" settings are turned off.
    All the people I regularly play with are on PS5 and they don't have the same problem. We've shared our screens to confirm. I've looked in the console privacy settings and nothing I have set there should prevent me from seeing real names.
    Can someone please help or explain?

    unfortunately, as far as I know it's a bug that has been around for some people since captaincy was released

    it appears you've done all you can try on your end

    I don't think it helped others but if you are in a situation where it won't cause you a lot of inconvenience (internet related) to try then maybe trying is worth it.

    I wouldn’t uninstall for this. My crews regularly have the same issue, so it’s not exclusive to you.
