Hey everyone, me and my friend have been trying to fix this issue for HOURS on end. Nothing works I swear. What happens is when we launch the game, we sign in and it gets stuck on Loading Supplies, then gives us various Beard errors such as, Lavender Beard, Strawberry Beard, Coral Beard, Fishbeard, Daffodilbeard, and Lapisbeard. Obviously the main ones being Lavender Beard or Strawberry Beard.
We've tried:

Reinstalling Game / Validating Files

Factory Resetting TWICE

Various Antivirus / Firewall changes

Changing NAT type to Open
-
Messing with Internet Options
-
Deleting Xbl Keys or whatever

Changing Date & Region Stuff

Signing out / in to Microsoft account
-
Checking for Connection issues

and more.. (Ask me and we've probably done it lol)
We were somehow able to get him into the game once, but after relaunching it kept going with the errors. Is it possibly something we have to wait out? Like maybe after this weekend? I have no idea. Me and another are able to get into a game with 0 issues so I don't know. He also isn't a new player if that matters.
And by any chance, if SOT has a Shadow banning system, is this what it looks like?
