Rare fish to the south east on flintlock peninsula

On the south east of the island you should find a small camp. Fire, shelter, that kind of stuff. A little bit to the west near the edge of the water that is closest to the volcano are some fish skeletons and a small wooden structure that some of the fish are hanging from. That's what you are looking for. :)
