Lapisbeard everytime i'm trying to start on PS5

Yesterday we bought the game, the premium version. For the second day now we have not been able to load the game. We go to the map and then a dark screen and an error message. I understand that this is an error on the part of Rare, but there is no information in the media. How long will we have to wait or is it better to return the money? The time counter shows that we played for an hour, but in fact we only watch the splash screen and not the whole thing. Sad.
