Not hearing other pirates

I'm playing on pc and the only pirate i can hear is one friend, any other pirate (including other friends), but my friend can hear them just fine. I have my mic on, and the audio is at a 100. The icon above the pirates head never shows so i asume is not my pc but the game itself. How can i fix that?
Also I'm on windows 11 if that helps
