I bought this game March 19 of 2018 and ive enjoyed it for years. a year ago i had to move to texas so i wiped the memory on my computer. i moved back home and was excited to play again but its not in my xbox app or anywhere in the computer. when i try to re install the game it forces me to buy it. what should i do, who should i talk to to fix this. i have a picture of the purchase info if needed
I bought the game on release and recently tried to reinstall but im being forced to buy it again
@daintycolt67376 make sure you are signed in to the correct account in the xbox app/microsoft store .
If that is the case then you should contact the seller/store you purchased it from which i guess in this case would be microsoft.
