I can not dig up the 'The Patient One' star jewel.

Hi guys I'm looking for some help because I can not dig up a jewel same thing happened when I was trying to dig up 'Great Eagle Landing'. Is anyone able to help? Me and my Crew are certain we are digging in the right spot.
