I saw on my boat's map that there was 2 cloudy ships with a skull on it and they were moving and stopping on the outposts, so I suppose it wasn't ghost ships. Can someone explain me what it is ?

You are correct, these weren't ghost ships... but they were players on your server that had risen the Reapers Mark flag, which puts their ship on your map, so you can either go over to say hello or avoid them at all costs.
@illinorr They were using the Reaper's Mark. The location of those who use it is revealed on the map.
