Guild commendation not unlocking - donate maps distinction 4

    Anyone have suggestions? I donate maps many times and my total remains 0/20. Is this a known bug, should I report? TIA

    Is this one of the commendations where you need to use one of the outfits?

    2nd thing; are you on a guild ship in that guild that granted you access to these commendations?
