Official Rules

The Sea of Thieves Emporium Extravaganza Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited time offer sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, with a principal place of business at One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA, 98052, United States (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is subject to these terms and the policies located at https://www.seaofthieves.com/emporium-extravaganza-terms-and-conditions, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Services Agreement. The promotion is open to all eligible Sea of Thieves players with a valid Microsoft account and access to the Pirate Emporium store found in game or on the Sea of Thieves website at https://www.seaofthieves.com/pirate-emporium (“Participants”). The Promotion begins on December 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time (“UTC”) and ends on January 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. UTC (the “Promotional Period”).

How to Participate. Participants who spend a qualifying number of Ancient Coins in the Pirate Emporium during the Promotional Period will receive a free in-game item applied to their in-game inventory as follows: 

• For a minimum spend of 450 Ancient Coins during Promotional Period: the Free In-Game Item is the Ancient Coin Flag.

• For a minimum spend of 2000 Ancient Coins during Promotional Period: the Free In-Game Item is the Ancient Coin Sails.

The Ancient Coin Flag and the Ancient Coin Sails are each a “Promotional Item.” The offer is limited to one (1) of each Promotional Item per Microsoft account and with unique email address. Ancient Coin purchases are non-refundable. All eligible Promotional Items will be applied to in-game inventory within 5 working days from the end of the Promotional Period. Promotional Items cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other merchandise. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Fraudulent activity, including using multiple accounts or false information, will result in disqualification.
